General Information
Hours to perform work in the community: Work should be performed with extreme caution to avoid disturbing neighbors. The hours of operation are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If work is conducted on weekends, additional precautions must be taken to minimize any disturbances.
Requirements to access roof: Roof access requires at least 24 hours notice. The management company will coordinate with the contractor to facilitate this access. Only individuals with insurance coverage will be permitted on the roof; homeowners and residents are not allowed to access the roof.
